All of our chocolate bouquets and hampers are delivered in special gift boxes with ice packs. In cooler months, we use our premium gift delivery bags. Chocolate bouquets and Gift hampers can be delivered anywhere in Switzerland and the EU, Monday to Saturday.
We endeavour to deliver every gift as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery is next business day in Switzerland which can arrive anytime from 8am to 6pm. We also offer an express Saturday delivery service for deliveries < 9h.

Standard next business day for all Edible Blooms deliveries when you confirm your order by 14h the business day before your preferred delivery date.
There are nominal additional delivery upgrade options for most EU countries.
We'd love a little help to ensure that your delivery is as perfect as your gift.
To ensure a speedy delivery and avoid any redelivery fees, we ask that you please check that someone is at home or work to receive your delivery. Alternatively, if you are sending a gift to someone in hospital, we do require ward and room details to ensure the gift lands in the right hands.
If no one is home, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box if you have given authority at checkout and if the courier deems it safe.
If there is nowhere safe, a calling card will be left and it may be taken to the nearest postal office, returned to Edible Blooms or to La Poste or a courier depot. If we are required to redeliver your gift there may be a redelivery fee if we are charged by the carrier.
We're experts when it comes to wrapping and packaging your gift so it stays safe in transit.
In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged gift and we will send a complimentary replacement straight away.
If we are delivering your gift to Europe, delivery can take 2-5 days. As such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Some towns may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, gifts will be delivered to the closest postal outlet for local collection by the receiver.
If you aren't sure whether someone is going to be home to receive their awesome gift, we recommend choosing something that can be left outside. We'll always pop the gift in a safe place and as far from street view as we can to ensure that the right person gets it.
Safe places are at the discretion of our delivery team, so if we cannot leave your gift in a safe place a redelivery fee may apply.
